Job Description
  • Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars.Tracks product line sales and costs by analyzing and entering sales, expense, and new business data.
  • Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing marketing data.
  • Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information; relaying customer services requests.
  • Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.
  • Plans meetings with clients and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing list.


     *Manage the positions day to day activity
     *Coordinate with all concerned sectors
     *Manage and develop current and potential prospects
     *Maintain a positive image for the agency.


      *A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the desired position

      *A relevant diploma or degree is a plus
      * Strong Arabic and English writing and speaking skills
      * Basic computer program literacy i.e. (MS word, excel, MS Outlook, CRM software)
      * Basic grasp of social media platforms
      * Strong customer service skills
      * Ability to work alone and in various team environment
      * Strong social skills
      * A strong intention of client and project development.
