Job Description

  Employee Services Administration

  • Administer employee services programs in order to ensure objectives, KPI’s and SLA’s are met
  • Maintain employee records, collect new hire employment-related information and follow up on outstanding new hire information
  • Provide administrative support to employees traveling for business reasons and process expense claims as per policy
  • Record daily attendance of employees and process leaves and sickness requests as per policy 

Payroll  and Insurance Management

  • Carry out effective processing of employee compensation and benefits disbursements (payroll, overtime, allowances, deductions, bonus, end-of-service indemnity, insurance, etc.)
  • Maintain an annual leave plan to ensure timely processing of annual vacation related benefits
  • Coordinate with medical insurance provider to maintain and provide requisite documentation to meet eligibility criteria

Grievance and relations management

  • Coordinate with government relations team for timely processing of visas, work permit, and other related request
  • Handle employee grievances to ensure staff concerns are addressed through proper channels ensuring fair treatment and confidentiality

Process Management

  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account leading practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
  • Participate in ERP development and implementation activities related to Human Capital module in order to ensure workflow of the section’s activities is captured

Policies, Processes and Procedures

  • Conduct day-to-day activities while ensuring compliance to policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes taking into account leading practices, changes in business environment, cost reduction and productivity improvement
