Job Description

Job Purpose:

Heading the complete profit center operations and designing effective plans & strategies with a view to achieve business objectives and growth in revenues and profitability. Managing finance functions viz. determining financial objectives, designing & implementing systems, policies, conducting cost analysis and reporting variances to facilitate internal financial control, monitoring activities like establishment, banking, insurance, disbursement of payroll and cash management.

Advice and adhere support to other department managers on Finance and Accounting issues Knowledge, skills and experience

Bachelor’s degree required in one of the following areas: Financial, Management accounting, Auditing, Costing, Economics, Statistics, MBA is desirable, 10-15 years of experience in Finance.

Good knowledge of software packages and specialized statistical analysis of financial data, and the development of forecasts such as CRM.

• Financial Planning and Funds Management.
• providing and interpreting financial information
• monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends
• analyzing change and advising accordingly
• formulating strategic and long-term business plans
• analyzing competitors and market trends
• developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk
• conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
• managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems
• liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out
• developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organizations such as the Inland Revenue
• producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines
• managing budgets
• supervising staff
• keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.
• preparing revenue forecast and cash flow statements for availing various credit facilities from Banks- Fund based and Non fund based.
• Developing and maintaining cordial relations with all providers of funds.
