The Fleet Sales Manager is responsible for managing a profitable fleet department.
- Must have strong knowledge of fleet programs and ability to generate consistent and profitable fleet business
- Responsible for developing relationships and strategies to successfully conquest new accounts and achieve aggressive market share goals.
- Develop customized transportation solutions that meet these customers' needs and expectations.
- Communicate effectively with decision makers at large national fleets
- Approximately 50% travel required
Qualifications & Skills
- A bachelor’s degree is required with an MBA desirable.
- Candidates must be Arabic speaking and preferred Saudi nationality
- Five to seven years experience selling premium capital equipment to fleet/large volume customers preferably in the transportation industry
- Knowledge of capital equipment markets and fleet/volume selling
- Strong interpersonal and business acumen skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong Microsoft office skills, including Power Point, Excel, Outlook.
