Job Description

 The Fleet Sales Manager is responsible for managing a profitable fleet department.

  • Must have strong knowledge of fleet programs and ability to generate consistent and profitable fleet business
  • Responsible for developing relationships and strategies to successfully conquest new accounts and achieve aggressive market share goals.
  • Develop customized transportation solutions that meet these customers' needs and expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with decision makers at large national fleets
  • Approximately 50% travel required

Qualifications & Skills

  • A bachelor’s degree is required with an MBA desirable.
  • Candidates must be Arabic speaking and preferred Saudi nationality
  • Five to seven years experience selling premium capital equipment to fleet/large volume customers preferably in the transportation industry
  • Knowledge of capital equipment markets and fleet/volume selling
  • Strong interpersonal and business acumen skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong Microsoft office skills, including Power Point, Excel, Outlook.
