Job Description

1. Preparing reports such as Yearly Forecast, Monthly Sales, Daily Sales and Daily Delivery Planning.
2. Issues Delivery Note and Invoice.
3. Report any comments in verifying delivery note once acknowledged by client in case of shortage.
4. Preparing report of Delivery status against Order and confirmation date.
5. Checking stock report, daily, to avoid any shortage of stock.
6. Liaison with transportation company for delivery.
7. Coordinate with production for preparing Weekly Production Planning.
8. Coordinating with dispatcher – Warehouse Supervisor regarding delivery status as per confirmation date and daily delivery planning.
9. Implementing Great Plains (GP) system.

Skills

1. Excellent command of English language with excellent writing skills.
2. Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel.
3. Ability to analyze and diagnose problems and recommend solutions.
4. Reporting writing skills.
5. Continuous Improvement.
6. Personal Leadership.
7. Teamwork.
8. Good knowledge in Product Design and Development.
9. Driving license.
